This is a 4 week online program.

We move through the 4 dimensions of being :
mind, body, emotions and soul.
How one affects the other and how we can re-balance them through Breathwork and movement.

Session 3: EMOTIONS

  • emotional expression in the body

  • emotions and the nervous system

Session 4: SOUL

  • expand consciousness
  • meaning and purpose
  • connection to your Self, others and the wider whole
  • resource: dissolve

We work with

  • releasing stress and tensions in the body
