Breathwork

Breathe yourself into be-ing

Breathwork has a whole spectrum of different techniques and methods going from very slow en soft, relaxed breathing to deep and intens process work, using the breath is a tool.

My focus is mainly on Conscious Connected Breathwork.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is an experiential field of study and practice that uses conscious connected breathing and body-mind techniques to support the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of being.

– Some schools of CCB are psychotherapeutic.

– There are various schools of CCB including but not limited to; Rebirthing, Holotropic Breathwork, Integrative Breathwork, Clarity Breathwork, Shamanic Breathwork and Transformational Breath®.

– The emphasis placed on different components of the session, as well as different theoretical and spiritual frameworks, determines the distinctions among the various schools of CCB.

Integrative Somatic Breathwork is a way of working with the breath using awareness, regulation and somatic practices to optimize the respiratory system and enable an open and connected breathing pattern. It provides integration and transformation of trauma, suppressed thoughts / beliefs and unprocessed emotions. It allows people to (re)connect with their own power and potential for a better physical, emotional and mental well-being.

PLEASE NOTE: None of my services are psychotherapeutic in nature or a replacement for qualified mental healthcare. This is not a medical practice. If you suffer from any serious condition or you are taking medications you should check with your medical practitioner.
