A full breathing session consists of:
✓ evaluation of the client’s needs
✓ explaining the technique
✓ breathing analyses
✓ active breathing
✓ integration / relaxation
✓ reflection exchange
The first session usually takes between 1,5 and 2 hours. During this session you will get a full breathing analyses.
Clients are advised to come between 3 – 5 times in order to be able to practice the techniques by themselves.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If anything changes 24 hours prior to the session, let me know or you will be charged the full amount.If you are unable to attend the session please email or call.
